Reports

Teletrac 20/20 provides a powerful set of 16 standard reports plus live data feeds, that accurately tracks and provides full documentation of all recorded activities, in real time. Dispatchers can view real-time information and summary data in at-a-glance "dashboard" displays to support rapid, optimal decision making for most productive use of assets. Dashboards can drill down and include information customized to the needs of individual users. The Reporting suite contains reports specific to vehicles (10), maintenance (4) and landmark data (2). Another unique feature — only Teletrac 20/20 reports and data are accessible for up to 12 months and stored for up to 3 years.

Reports are available for viewing online via web-browser, or can be downloaded and printed. Up to four reports can also be automatically generated, scheduled and delivered via email – daily, weekly or monthly – according to each recipient’s needs and preferences.

Vehicle Reports

When viewing many of the vehicle reports online, for added convenience, location data is hyperlinked. By clicking on the blue highlighted location, a separate mini-map window appears allowing you to see the exact location of the vehicle at that time.

Dashboard Summary Provides an overview of utilization including total miles driven, total travel time and idle time. These overviews are in both time and percentage, in a color-coded pie chart. Speed details display by MPH on a bar graph based on incremental MPH ranges. The report displays the percentage of travel time within each designated speed range, as well as providing a red graph indicating speeding over 70MPH. Along with graphical summary data, detailed summary of locations data for the vehicle for that date is available.	Click image to enlarge
Delivery Performance by Vehicle Teletrac 20/20 allows you to create a delivery schedule for a desired arrival window. This report is run by vehicle and lists the landmarks, actual arrival time, and provides Y or N, if the vehicle arrived within the desired window – a good way to train and coach new drivers and/or provide a scoreboard on performance to your customers when needed. Detailed This is a historical report of all events that have occurred during the requested period. This reports provides date, time, status (ignition on/off, violation, etc.), heading, speed and location (landmark or address). User can specify one to all vehicles for the date range requested. State Fuel Tax Unique reports such as the State Fuel Tax report allow you to address changing regulations quickly. For example, the State Fuel Tax report calculates how many miles a vehicle travels and purchases of fuel in each state during a specified time period. Information includes the vehicle name, state, total miles driven per state and gallons of fuel purchased per state. Reports can be set for all vehicles or just one; for one day or multiple days. Duration This report details the amount of time between two statuses. Ignition on and ignition off are standard statuses and the report will provide the start, end and duration time between the two along with location data.	Click image to enlarge
Exception Several exceptions are user configurable such as in zone, out of zone, and stationary. The exception report allows you to view all the exception conditions violated by each vehicle during a designated time set by the dispatcher. This gives management easy access to information to identify repeat exceptions/violations to help train and coach personnel.	Click image to enlarge
Message Provides a list of date, time and location information when a vehicle sends a message. Ignition On/Off and going to sleep are several of the messages detailed in this report. Quickly identify vehicles starting late, or failing to arrive at end of day location as planned.	Click image to enlarge
On-Site by Vehicle A very powerful report that details all stops made, listed by landmark or street. The report details the date, landmark or street address, and elapsed time. Elapsed time is color-coded. Time is configured by the user to indicate low, medium and high priority, base on duration. Quickly identify stops that are not landmarked to understand what the stop was for and length of time the vehicle was at that location. This offers great backup regarding claims of drivers not arriving at appointments or deliveries.	Click image to enlarge
Service Mileage Provides details on last service date and mileage, and the next service due date and mileage.	Click image to enlarge
Stationary This is a configurable report to allow the user to be visually alerted (by color coding) if a vehicle is at a location too long. This is tracked whether the ignition is on or off.	Click image to enlarge

Maintenance Reports

Exception Condition Provides complete view of all configured exception conditions created and the specifics regarding the exception.	Click image to enlarge
Landmark Provides an overview of all landmarks currently available. The report shows what marker is used, i.e. red square, the actual street address, city and zip code.	Click image to enlarge
Vehicle List This is a full view of each vehicle that is being tracked. The report allows you to locate pertinent information including VIN #'s, make, model, year, state, license number, IP address, driver name, vehicle name or number. There is also an area for comments, which can be used for registration date and other important vehicle information.	Click image to enlarge
Vehicle Subfleet Teletrac 20/20 gives you the ability to define subfleets, which allows you to locate and run reports by subfleet. This report provides a list of what the subfleets are, and which vehicles belong to the subfleet.	Click image to enlarge

Landmark Reports

Delivery Performance Runs a report based on a landmark versus vehicle. The required delivery timeframe is configured for the landmark. The report then details the vehicle, the actual arrival time and desired arrival timeframe. Users also receive a Y or N to view late deliveries —a very strong customer support tool.
